UFO News Roundup: Rubio's "Diversionary Tactic," Grusch's "Pilot" Photos, and More

Unfortunately, it seems that Ancient Aliens concluded its season last week without any notice. There are no more episodes scheduled for the near future. If it is the end of the season, this is one of the shortest in a long time, with just 15 episodes, two fewer than last year and five fewer than the seasons that preceded it. Of the fifteen episodes, six were clip shows. That means there were only nine original episodes in 2026, the fewest since the abbreviated pandemic season.

So, since we don’t have an episode to dissect today, instead, it’s time for a UFO news roundup.

First, earlier this week U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio appeared on The Katie Miller Podcast and said that when he served in the Senate, he would use UFOs as a way of diverting the media’s attention away from topics he didn’t want to talk about: “We should look into this, be serious about it. And I did that for a long time in the Senate, and it had two benefits. The first is that, obviously, it’s a legitimate topic. And the second is, whatever the news of the day was, it was controversial. And if a reporter comes up to you and you say to them, ‘Look, I don’t have time for these questions about politics. Do you realize there’s things flying over our airspace, we don’t know what they are?’ And the reporter’s like, ‘Oh, what do you know? Tell me more.’ So it was extraordinarily effective as a diversionary tactic
Additionally, Liberation Times operator Chris Sharp, who sparked viral discussion by claiming to have heard that Donald Trump had a UFO Disclosure speech prepared and may have been planning to deliver it soon admitted on social media that my guess was correct and the “speech” was simply the Disclosure statement Robert Bigelow wrote and handed to Trump back in February. “Bigelow has provided Trump with a disclosure / confirmation speech. That has been confirmed now,” Sharp wrote on X in response to questions about his reporting on August 11.
Finally, David Grusch appeared on Dr. Phil McGraw’s streaming podcast and announced that he had seen photographs of dead space aliens, something he declined to say under oath to Congress but will happily tell (checks notes) Dr. Phil: “I had folks from the retrieval program [show me] audiovisual evidence of the retrieved craft, some of the dead cadavers that were recovered—they’re called the pilots, as I said in my interview with Nancy Mace. It’s very hard to deduce origin because it’s not like we know exactly what point in space or time these things came from. But, uh, different types of pilots, if you will, different types of crafts.” Grusch further claimed that former vice president Dick Cheney oversaw the incarceration of living space aliens with psychic powers, with Grusch repeating a conspiracy theory he himself introduced last year, but now attributing the claim to an unnamed former cabinet official who allegedly communicated with the aliens for Cheney. Grusch’s claims have grown more elaborate since he first stepped forward, back when he did not claim to have seen dead aliens. (His account of the photos, for what it’s worth, seem suspiciously similar to the fake UFO and alien photos the Wall Street Journal reported that the military used to “haze” and dupe its own intelligence officers. I’m sure, too, that McGraw’s newfound UFO evangelism and warnings about the UFO national security threat have nothing to do with the report this morning that McGraw has been hired to produce a propaganda documentary helping to justify Donald Trump’s planned acquisition of Greenland in the name of national security.

Yes, playing the ET card has become very convenient. Wouldn't want to take that option away with too much disclosure.

About Greenland ...

We have not yet arrived at the “singularity event” that marks a transition between interglacial and ice age conditions.

But, Greenland is the bellwether.

If Greenland's glaciers begin to collapse, the end is near. Greenland melts down at the end of an interglacial period. Period. Ice core samples prove this. That creates an inertial imbalance, which induces the planet to flip over and an ice age to start. With Greenland and the Arctic now at the South Pole, they will freeze over once again until the glaciers reach a new "tipping point." The planet rights itself and the next interglacial begins. This is the basic mechanism that prevents the planet from the extremes of "Hot House" and "Snowball Earth."

So, yes, we need to get our hands on Greenland and do everything possible to delay its meltdown. Coat it with some kind of eco-friendly anti-freeze, blanket the skies above it with "con/chem-trails," or whatever. If not, then the end of a Mayan Age and Aztec Sun is inevitable.

The Deep State bought into the “End of the Mayan Calendar” hype ... BIG TIME!! In their haste to lock down the planet before the big event, they came entirely out into the open. And, then the event did not happen, at least not when predicted (perhaps because we really don't know what time or year this is)!! Suddenly, they were forced to quietly walk everything back. “Nothing to see here folks, move along.” Yet, so much damage has been done. What little was left of America’s Camelot is now gone.

I don’t know anyone that was whipped into a patriotic frenzy over celebrating America’s 250. It just seems over. We have “democracy fatigue.” Adults are stressed out. Youngsters don’t see any point in trying and would rather participate in the Fantasy culture. We have transitioned from “pursuit of happiness” to “happiness of pursuit” to “trivial pursuit.” It’s no longer possible to “work to live” or “live to work.”

Very few people are difference makers, the rest are merely spectators. This is no longer a “Land of Opportunity.” It’s a land of big business, not small business. It’s a land of capitalism and not free enterprise. It is a land of junk food and junk science. It’s a land of bigger and bigger scams and bigger and bigger propaganda campaigns. There is no such thing as the “free press.” And, with the advancement of AI, it will be impossible to discern real from fake.

If the end was literally upon us, then it wouldn't much matter. But, if we have 120 years left (as in the "Days of Noah"), then the present situation still needs to be managed. The level of wealth and its concentration has never been greater. (If this was a game of monopoly, it would be over.) Virtually anything is possible if and when the true “influencers” decide it is time for the Great American Metamorphosis and the "Brand New Deal."

Neither political party will talk to the other. Individual Americans increasingly won’t fraternize with members of the opposite party, either. Politics has never been as toxic, polarizing and counter-productive. It’s no longer a sustainable system of government. The “Democrat Socialist Party” platform includes abolition of the Supreme Court and the Senate, among other fundamental changes. The seeds of America’s destruction are have become full-grown trees.

So, what to do??

300 million Americans cannot all “do what is right in their own eyes,” much less a world population of 10 billion. If the Covid Pandemic proved anything, it was how easily even Americans will give up their freedoms under pressure. We didn’t even have the “inalienable right” to walk alone on the beach and nobody defied the order or protested. Another crisis can be manufactured. The V.P. will take command. A "Jolly Rancher Politburo" would be stood up to reassure everyone that there is "fair representation" of ethnicity, gender and so forth. There would also be promises that this would only be temporary. But, of course it would be permanent. The “American Experiment with Democracy” will be finished.

ET's don't seem to be into democracy, or even republics for that matter. They seem to prefer “lowering kingship from heaven.". And, America was never a democracy to begin with. The uni

For Heaven's Gate, I see what you did there (lol).

Charles Hapgood got it wrong. (So did Marshall Applewhite, but that's a different matter.) We wouldn't have "hot spot" island chains in Hawaii or the Galapagos if only the Earth's crust drastically shifted.

It was actually a Russian cosmonaut that deduced one possible viable mechanism for a full planetary flip. It's named after him, Dzhanibekov. It's also referred to the "Tennis Racket Theorem."

When enough ice is removed from the Arctic and Greenland, a flip can and ultimately will occur. We wouldn't have ice ages and interglacials without it. Once continental drift moved Antarctica over a pole, this mechanism became established.

2. "Period. Ice core samples prove this." We get it, you're super cereal. Courage under fire, does his homework, not his first surgery, these are the qualities I look for in a young science writer.
3. "That creates an inertial imbalance, which induces the planet to flip over and an ice age to start." Of course! This is the Hank-Johnson Effect, first explained at the time of the Guam event.

For once I'm convinced! Just one more thing Mr. Pope, how does the liquification over centuries of Greenland's ice cap which I'm told is about 0.000043% (roughly 1 part in 2.3 million) of the Earth's total mass and being water in an ocean presumably disperses flip the whole planet over? And what makes it stop? Even if you add in the Arctic ice cap there's still the water in water question.

Trump wants to send at least 8,000 Marines to Greenland to balance things out (lol). Let's call it the Yank-Johnson Effect.

The current inertial properties of the planet favor the ice age condition. Interglacial periods last only around 12,000 years on average, although that average has a relatively large standard deviation. According to our illustrious scientists, it has been about 12,000 years since the end of the last ice age. Let's hope they're wrong about that.

Ice ages can last more than 100K years. The implication is that it doesn't take all that much to induce the earth to switch from a meta-stable (interglacial) state to a stable (ice age) state.

Besides the loss of fixed ice (and its redistribution as liquid), there could be other factors, such as ocean temperatures and/or the Gulf Stream cutting off. Melting ice will actually help to lower ocean temperatures … until the ice is gone. Once a wobble begins, it gradually amplifies until the tipping angle is reached. It’s actually possible that any remaining glaciation of Greenland isn’t removed until the flip occurs.

Luke 21:25 (NIV) seems to describe the wind-up of a pole flip as follows:

“There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea." A pronounced wobble would result in celestial bodies appearing to shift from expected positions. It would reasonably also create higher surf and sea state conditions.

Speaking easy of Ithaca, I used to love grazing the used bookstores there. Always found something rare and interesting. I also liked that funky, swanky downtown bistro in Ithaca . It’s probably long gone now. There was a raised table with fancy throw pillows where Martin Bernal was prominently dining with Martin Bernal one evening. I have his complete Black Athena series, but decided not to play groupie that night. Anyhow, he seemed too self-satisfied to be disturbed (lol).

I’m not sure I buy that, but some of the comments at the bottom of the article are interesting.

The millions of retention ponds that humans have created worldwide to control the drainage from urban and suburban sprawl may be having a greater effect on the planet, certainly in terms of the “Greenhouse Effect,” but perhaps in other subtle ways. These artificial ponds are generally considered net contributors to CO2 and Methane, but the additional water vapor that they generate is an overlooked consequence. Water vapor is actually a very potent greenhouse gas. But, perhaps these retention ponds have still not replaced all of the beavers that mankind have put out of business (lol).

Speaking of cold and of ice ages, Disney just announced that Drop #3 of their Frozen movie series will happen on Thanksgiving 2027 and it will feature a "new villain." The previous movies have already dealt with Hitler ("Weselton") and JFK ("Hans").

Who could be just as big a threat to the Sisterhood than those two (lol)?? Well, Trump of course, but Disney already dealt with him in the movie Wish. I'm guessing it will be someone like LBJ. He turned out to be even more progress than JFK with his "Great Society" initiative. Wallis Simpson and her generation wanted to preserve the class system. And, now her granddaughters make JFK and LBJ look like ultra-conservatives.

AOC has declared that "Woke 1.0" is dead. And, it looks like her 2028 presidential candidacy is going to define "Woke 2.0." There's still time for Disney to base a character on her in Frozen 3. I'm also hoping against hope that Dreamworks and Universal Pictures will put on a sequel to the "Anti-Disney Mermaid" movie Ruby Gillam: Teenage Kraken, which was their version of Disney's Wish and came out in the same year (2023).
