You know it is going to be one of those days when you get told that your lawyer is calling and you have to ask which lawyer, and for what reason. I ran out of time for writing a blog post because I spent the day dealing with legal issues. Part of the day was spent trying to finalize the sale of my former house, whose closing has been delayed for weeks while the purchaser's bank dragged its feet. With the paperwork on that finally moving forward for a closing before the end of the year, I had to simultaneously deal with another situation arising from claims made years ago against this blog. My attorney and I had to discuss our response to a request to remove content from this blog. The issue is still ongoing, and I cannot provide additional details while the matter is active.

On 1st May 1986, excavating St. Peter's, 6 ft down I uncovered a stone slab about 5ft by 3ft. Its surface was incised by a narrow rail, 1/4 inch across, and standing 3 inches in from the periphery. It lay east to west. Assuming that the westerly end were the 'top', in both top corners, standing 2 inches in from the rail, are incised small carvings of what I took to represent nails of he traditional pattern. Any ideas?

Assuming part of that relates to a certain personage that Any White heard from recently as well. Leaves me wondering who else is on that unnamed person's honors list and why he did not just file a class-action suit.
