Scott Wolter Asks: Did Templar Symbolism "Tap Into" Space Aliens?

I am busy working on projects right now, but I wanted to pause and offer this tweet from former America Unearthed host Scott F. Wolter, who has finally gone full ancient astronaut theorist after years of skirting around the edges.

That is interesting and have seen that before. Appears to add another interesting layer of symbolism to the Hooked X! The Templars were definitely onto to something; could they also have tapped into ET’s in some way?

Could the Templars really have been influenced by aliens that they misinterpreted as spiritual beings? Some Ancient Astronaut Theorists say that the Knights Templar were in contact with the same extraterrestrials that were known in biblical times as the Watchers. And as evidence, they point to one of the Templars' most prominent symbols, the same symbol that some say was virtually present at the Nuclear Security Summit: the all-seeing eye.

Well, he can't keep a show on the air, or sell a whole lot more self-published books by pushing templar nonsense in and of itself, or billions of tons of copper mined by minoans in the UPI, or Vikings in California nonsense. At the same time, AA is in its 89th season and nuts like EVD are still getting their time in the spotlight. Even a 4th stringer can figure out what needs to be done to move up one notch on the depth chart at this point.

Hasn't Hancock even dropped a few hints lately that he is more open to AA stuff? Or maybe that was just a bad dream brought on by cheese fries and too much Tabasco in my Bloody Mary?

Scottie doesn’t lie cause he’s a hard scientist.
The KRS. Is real and is Templar code.
Spirit Pond runestones were carved by Templars in 1401.
The Bat Creek stone is real and is ancient.
The Newport Tower was built by Templars and has special codes built into it.

Obviously Scott, like von Daniken, is playing up to a Christian audience. Aliens, ancient ones or current and future ones came/come to earth from above...the heavens, where clouds gather. The Templars were/are related to Christianity and Jesus Christ. It's obvious, this tendency and connection towards (Ancient Aliens = Ancient of Days) space beings coming down to earth. And this old stuff is now being connected with all the latest trends of UFOs sightings (the ancient aliens returning). It's all about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Some examples.
New Testament.

Thing is though, Wolter has a major hate on for Christianity. He takes every opportunity to attack the Catholic church especially, seeing them them as an enemy and the destroyer of the Templars. Hell, he even believes (or at least says he does) that the Templars were never Christians but were Goddess worshipers that were playing their enemies the Church by pretending to be Catholic Monks. (Although he changed his story later from Templars in general being secret Goddess worshippers to it being just the top brass Templars who worshipped the Goddess and perpetuated this scam on the Pope and Church.)
It appears he is all in on his Goddess worship nonsense but refuses to acknowledge this publicly. He tends to play both ends against the middle hoping not to chase off his Christian fans while at the same time appealing to the Goddess worship set.
I asked him if he worshiped the Goddess on his blog and he told me it was none of my beeswax.
Personally, I believe he is nothing more than an attention whore and a money grubbing opportunist.
Who knows what really goes on in his noggin but he intentionally and knowingly lies about his test results and all manner of other things, so does someone who intentionally lies about his crap really believe his own lies ?
He has gone so far down the rabbit hole that it would take a Templar, Alien Sigmund Freud to figure out that mess of a mind.

The Templars never came in contact with any ancient aliens. He's just dreaming this one up. If anything, the Templars came in contact with muslims.With the Sufi or Shites and possibly got some ideas from them.There is a possiblity they could have come in contact with the Mandeans, who I believe were followers of St.John the Baptist. I think St.Louis, King of France during the crusades fought at one time in Egypt.Maybe they picked up some ancient egyptian symbols. There are some paintings and mummy cases of some official or pharoh holding two staffs , one in each hand.The one has what looks like a flail at the end.When I have seen these, the arms most times are crossed, so you get his Hooked X.Would have to find examples to post here. The whole goddess thing comes from St.Bernard of Citexau, the cistercian.He gave the Templars their rule of life. He was a big devotee of the Virgin Mary and supposedly claimed Our Lady gave him some of her breast milk. Think there is even a painting of this. Maybe this is where Wolters gets his goddess worship from.Now maybe they saw statues of Isis with Horus , who knows, surprised he hasn't come up with that one.. For most of them, they were christians period.
I had relatives who fought in the Holy Land during the crusades according to german records. I assume they fought for riches and of course for Christ. Funny how you don't here about the Teutonic Knights , worshiping the Sacred Oak still or worship the Goddess Freya during their time there or even when they went into the Baltic regions.They were all over the place too.
Oh and by the way there is the Militia Templari in Italy. Yes, it is real, and a catholic order founded by an italian Count and has brothers. Will have to find the web address for you. They plainly state on their website that they are not related to or have anything to do with the original order supposedly.

The interview is definitely chuckle worthy. In his preamble to introducing Wolter, Dunning reveals that Wolter's alien glue artifacts were first sent "to Russia" for testing and then tested again in America revealing the ancient dates they came up with.
Lol, as I recall the fellow running the show down in Jalisco Mexico, who flogs these "artifacts" for outrageous prices just happens to be Russian.
Anyhoo, during the interview Wolter says he shipped off an ancient alien pipe (the smoking variety) with ancient alien figures carved in it to an unnamed American Lab to have the ancient alien resin in the pipe's ancient alien bowl tested.
When the lab received the pipe they called up Wolter and demanded the testing fees up front and told Wolter not to send them any more crap like this. Hahahahaha.

I'm tired of the old 'All-Seeing Eye' being held out as first appearing among the Templars or Masons (neither are true), as well as everything from snakes, eggs and every conceivable form of a cross or color held as a sacred symbol of the Templars.
Their rule had a single emblematic cross, any other symbols were heraldic family crests or mottos of individual knights, or their regional or personal patron saints.
Ancient Astronaut Theorists always say YES! to every absurd idea, even when they contradict the hundred other theories on the same subjects.
